5. Pricing, Taxes & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • Prices are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as applicable under Pakistan law.
  • Delivery charges (if any) are shown clearly at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors even after an order is placed.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) – Detailed Terms

COD is offered within Pakistan only, subject to courier service availability.

COD Conditions

  • Full payment must be made in cash at the time of delivery.
  • Customers must ensure availability at the provided address.
  • Orders may be confirmed via phone or email before dispatch.

COD Abuse Policy

Any of the following may result in COD restriction or blacklisting:

  • Repeated refusal to accept parcels
  • Fake or incomplete addresses
  • Unreachable phone numbers
  • Intentional order placement without intent to receive

Cover House reserves the right to:

  • Cancel unverified COD orders
  • Block COD for repeat offenders

7. Order Processing, Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Orders are considered confirmed only after processing by our system.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • We may cancel orders due to:
    • Stock unavailability
    • Pricing or listing errors
    • Courier limitations
    • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

8. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days, depending on location.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:
    • Courier delays
    • Weather conditions
    • Political or logistical disruptions

Cover House is not responsible for courier delays once the parcel is dispatched.

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Correct delivery address
  • Active phone number

9. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • Undamaged
    • In original packaging

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection approval.
  • COD refunds are issued via bank transfer only.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.
  • Price differences (if any) must be paid by the customer.

10. Consumer Protection & Pakistan Law Compliance

In accordance with Pakistan consumer protection laws:

  • Customers have the right to receive products as described.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for return or replacement.

You agree NOT to:

  • Attempt fraud or COD abuse
  • Upload malicious content
  • Interfere with website security or operations

Violation may result in legal action or permanent service restriction.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Text
  • Designs

is the exclusive property of Cover House.
Unauthorized copying, resale, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

  • Cover House shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the purchased product only.
